Bhakhri
Bhakri is basically a flat bread. Making bhakri is easy and quick. It can be made with or without flavor. When I make bhakri to go with subji or curry, I make simple salted bhakri. However, for tea time, I make bhakri wih different flavor such as methi(Fenugreek leaves), tuvar(pigeon peas), matar(green peas), fresh dill(suva bhaji), palak(spinach), dudhi or lauki(bottle gourd).
