The bhel puri is the Indian favourite or popular fast food, which is very spicy, crispy and tasty to eat. I have a very simple and tasty recipe of this bhel puri, ...Here's a delicious, spicy bhelpuri recipe liked by everyone especially in monsoon season. Indina street food is very popular. Street foods are most likely chaats, pakoras, pavbhaji and many other exotic, flavorful dishes. And Bhel is one of them comes under chaat category.
 
Prep Time: About 30min(If you have few things ready in your kitchen, require less time) 
Ingredients:
Mamra(Rice puffs)(season with oil, turmeric powder, garlic powder, red chili powser, sugar and salt to test and place into the oven to make them crispy)
Crispy puri(Pani puri's puri is usually used but you can fry left over roti as well)
Sev
Vegetables(Cut into small cubes)Onion, tomato, raw mango if available
Boiled Potato(season with chaat masala), Kabuli chana and sprouted mung
Thick buttermilk(seson with cumin powder, sugar and salt)
Fresh Cilantro to garnish
Fresh mint leave and dry mint leaves

Direction:
Boil potato and cut into small pieces and season with chaat masala.
Boil chana and sprouted mung seperately in salted water.
Mix crispy puri and seasoned rice puff(Also sated boondy and big sev can be mixed).
Cut all the vegetables finely.
Make green chutney and tumerind chutney.
Prepare buttermilk.
Now take a plate and into the plate take some mixture fo rice puff. 
Add boiled potato, chana and mung sprouts.
Add cut vegetables.
Pour all chutneys.
Sprinkle sev and garnish with cilantro and mint leaves.
Serve immediately.
