Grated carrot and crubmled paneer gives this recipe real twist.  Super easy to make and heathy to eat.  You can replace your favorite vegetable such as grated bottle gourd(Dudhi/Lauki), finely chopped spinach and onion or come up with your very own idea.

Ingredients: 

100 gms paneer
2 nos carrot
wheat flour
oil
salt to test

Direction:

Grate paneer and carrot.
Mix wheat flour, oil and salt to it
Prepare a dough and cover for 10-15 minutes
Roll into parotta and put on the tawa with little oil
 


Serve with curd or sauce or pickle.
