Direction:
Preheat oven to the very lowest temprature about 170 F
Take a big size & deep foil tray or any oven proof tray.
Mix all cereals and keep it aside.
Now take a small pot. Heat oil and add almond and peanut. Add fennel seeds. When nuts are little brown, add curry patta and all powdered spices.
Take off from the stove. Add salt and sugar.
Pour this mixture onto cereals. Mix everything well.
Add all fried daal at this time if you want to add. Daal is optional
Place the tray into the preheated oven.
Bake chevda for an hour stirring occassionaly in between.
Take out from the oven after an hour, let it cool and store the chevda in air tight container or glass jar.
Serve this chevda with tea time or in breakfast everyday.
You will never get boared of this chevda.
This chevda is very light so you may want to make in bulk.
