Method:
Grate all corns after washing.
Take non-frying pan.
Put oil to get it warm.
Make tadka of hing and mustard seeds.
Put grated corn and let it cook about 5min.
Add hot milk.
Cover with lid and keep stirring occassionally.(put it on slow gas)
Let it get cooked
Add salt sugar paste of chilly+ginger,mix properly
Add cut Cilantro leaves (cut into very small pieces) grated coconut ,squeeze lime as required.
Sprinkle some sev and serve.
This chevda taste good even if it is at room temprature.
