Direction: Boil the water. Add all the masalas to the boiling water.
Allow to boil for another 2-3 minutes.
Pour the boiling water in a thali containing rice flour.
Bind to a dough after cooling down a little.
Steam the dough by spreading the dough in a thali and then placing the thali on a stand in a large vessel filled with water.
When cool form into balls.
Roll out thin puris on the rolling board with the help of rolling pin.
Dry them in sunlight.
Deep fry in oil or roast them in microwave or on the stove whenever needed.
