Frying Time: 10-15min.
 
Ingredients:
21/2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 cup wheat flour
1/4 cup ghee or clarified butter
3 tbsp. sugar
1 teasp. cumin powder
1 teasp. salt or according to your test
warm water as needed

Method:
First mix all the dry ingredients and mix well.  Now add ghee or clarified butter and mix. Nead the dough with warm water.  Add water slowly and keep neading the dough. The dough should be little harder than roti or chapati dough. Take little dough and roll over as thin as you can and cut them in the kite shape with pizza cutter or knife. Meanwhile, heat the oil to fry the sakkarpara.  Check the tempreture of the oil by adding one sakkarpara to it. If oil is done fry all sakkarpara. Store the sakkarpara in air tight container when they are cool.
