Directions:
Soak Dry peas 5-6 hours or overnight to cook fast.
Boil peas with salt and water in pressure cooker.
While peas is boiling cut vegetables and prepare chutneys.
Heat the pan with tbsp of oil.
When oil heated add cumin seeds, afafoetida and curry patta.
Add Tomato and cook till tender.
Add ginger, garlic paste and other spices.
Add boiled peas along with water now and cook for another 5min. Add some more water if needed only. We need kind of battery consistancy just like ragda. Serve hot.
Now when you want to serve(Following process can not be done in advance, you have to prepare right before serving). Ragda can be prepared in head of time.
Take an individual plate or bowl(preferable).
Take some peas mix (ragda), and sprinkle some onion.
Pour chutneys and yogurt
Sprinkle sev and garnish with cilantro.
Serve immediately after preparing.
