Batata Poha
This flavoured snack is one of my favourites as it is very easy to rustle up for morning breakfast as well as for the evening tea. ... From western India, Poha, made from flattened rice, is an easy-to-cook, very low in fat , high in fibre and nutritious snack. ...This traditional Maharashtrian recipe is made of iron-rich poha. Don't forget to serve it with lemon wedges as it is the vitamin C present ...
