Gujarati
Gujarati cuisine is unlike any other Indian cuisine. Almost strictly vegetarian, it is traditionally served on silver platters to the accompaniment of rice ...In almost every Gujarati recipe, you will expect something sweet, literally!

Main gujarati popular dishes are Khaman, Dhokla, Hando, and Khandvi.  There recipes are very old traditional recipes.  They are absolutely my favorite choices.  My younger son even loves these recipes...and so does many of you.  Watch this video on how you can prepare your mixes for Khaman, Dhokla, Handvo, Kapuria, and Idli.  I also use little bit of Dhokla or Kapuriya mix to my steamed dumplings(Muthias) such as Cabage Muthiya, Muthia with fresh dill or green onion or fenugreek leaves...possibilities are endless!! So these mixes are must for Gujarati families
